Vice-President Konkel called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM.

Present were Vice-President Konkel, Trustee Blair, Trustee Heinowski, Trustee Humphreys,
Trustee Kangas, Trustee Schroeder, and Director Larson. President Robertson, Alderman Wolfe,
and Trustee Darkow were excused.

Trustee Humphreys made a motion to approve the CONSENT AGENDA, Trustee
Kangas seconded. Motion Passed 5 in favor

Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1 Discussion/Action: Hoopla Digital Platform vs Kanopy
Trustee Blair made a motion to approve the continuation of Kanopy in 2021,
Trustee Schroeder seconded. Motion Passed 5 in favor.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
1 Discussion/Action: Muskego Public Library Board of Trustees Bylaws Updates
Trustee Schroeder made a motion to send the Muskego Public Library Board of
Trustees Bylaws Updates as amended to the November meeting for a final vote,
Trustee Humphreys seconded. Motion Passed 5 in favor.
2 Discussion: Updates on Current Library Operations
3 Discussion: 2020 Library Board Committee Plans
4 Discussion: Library Website and Social Media Usability Analysis
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Kangas made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Blair seconded. Motion Passed
5 in favor.
