Trustee Heinowski, Trustee Humphreys, Trustee Kangas, Trustee Schroeder, Alderman Wolfe
and Director Larson.
Trustee Blair left at 5:55PM.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve the CONSENT AGENDA, Trustee
Schroeder seconded. Motion Passed 8 in favor.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve the 2021 Operating Budget, Trustee
Humphreys seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor.
3 Discussion/Action: 2021 Capital Budget Approval
Trustee Schroeder made a motion to approve the 2021 Capital Budget, Trustee
Kangas seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor.
4 Discussion/Action: COVID Response to Library Policies
Discussion made, no action voted on.

ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Darkow made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Humphreys seconded. Motion
Passed 7 in favor.
