CALL TO ORDER
Cary Tessmann called the meeting to order at 7:32 AM.
Present: Cary Tessmann, Norm Cummings, Julie Kelly, Jeremy Keil, Mayor Kathy Chiaverotti
and Community Development Director Jeff Muenkel.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE APRIL 6, 2016 MEETING.
Norm Cummings made a motion to approve the minutes of April 6, 2016. Jeremy Keil
seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor 0 opposed.
DISCUSSION OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT BOUNDARY AND PROJECT PLAN
NEW BUSINESS
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 IN THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO
Norm Cummings made a motion to approve the Resolution to approve teh Tax
Increment District No. 11 in the City of Muskego. Jeremy Keil seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor 0 opposed.
ADJOURNMENT
Julie Kelly made a motion to adjourn at 7:35. Norm Cummings seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor 0 opposed.
