JOINT REVIEW BOARD TID #11 MINUTES
April 6, 2016

CALL TO ORDER
Jeff Muenkel called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM.
Present: Cary Tessmann, Norm Cummings, Julie Kelly, Jeremy Keil, Mayor Kathy Chiaverotti,
and Community Development Director Jeff Muenkel.
ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON
Norm Cummings nominated Cary Tessmann as Chairperson. All were in favor.
ELECTION OF MEMBER AT LARGE
Jeff Muenkel stated the City recommends Jeremy Keil as member at large. Mr. Keil stated he
does not have a conflict of interest. Norm Cummings made a motion to elect Jeremy Keil
as member at large. Mayor Chiaverotti seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
DISCUSSION OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT BOUNDARY AND PROJECT PLAN
General consensus said the project plan looked fine except the Board would like a note in the
future plan to state maximum amount of incentive that will be given by the City.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Chiaverotti made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 AM. Jeremy Keil seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor 0 opposed.
