CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Stevens called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Lana Arrowood, Dave Stevens, Joseph Boschert, Ald. John Engelhardt, Ald.
Borgman, and Director Jeff Muenkel. Excused: Barb Schroeder and Bonnie Johnson.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
This meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF JULY 19, 2016.
Lana Arrowood made a motion to approve the minutes of July 19, 2016. Ald.
Engelhardt seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.

Commercial Grant Request: Serendipity Redesign (S73 W16582 Janesville Road).
Ald. Borgman made a motion to approve the commercial grant request by Serendipity
Redesign (S73 W16582 Janesville Road) in the amount of $7,500. Lana Arrowood
seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
