1. Approval of a Resolution of the CDA authorizing the sale of CDA owned property
CLOSED SESSION READING
Please take notice that during the consideration of the new business item relating to approving a
Revolving Loan Fund for DK Motor parts Inc., as Authorized by Law, the Community
Development Authority may convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session
pursuant to:
Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(f) Considering financial…..or personal histories…….of specific persons,
…………, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the
reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data………
The CDA will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items if a closed session
occurs.
