Commuinity Development Authority - MINUTES - 11/18/2004 CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved 12/16/04 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA) MINUTES No audio available. Thursday, November 18, 2004 CDA Chairman Frank Waltz called the meeting of the Community Development Authority to order in the Muskego Room at 7:06 p.m. Those in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. PRESENT: Commissioners Rob Glazier, David Lidbury, Suzi Link, Frank Waltz, Ald. Schroeder and Ald. Nancy Salentine with Gail Miles absent and excused Also in attendance were Finance Director Dawn Gunderson, Interim Plan Director Jeff Muenkel, and Attorney Jim Baxter. GUESTS: 3 NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION The following was read: Please take notice that following Public Input, the Community Development Authority will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: 19.85(1)(g) Wis. Stats. Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved; more specifically the offer to sell by the Parkland Mall landowner. Action may be taken in closed session. The Community Development Authority will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items. APPROVAL OF MINUTES October 25, 2004 Ald. Salentine moved to accept the minutes for the October 25, 2004 meeting of the CDA. Commissioner Glazier seconded. Upon a voice vote, the motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC INPUT—None CLOSED SESSION -Ald. Salentine moved to go into closed session and Commissioner Lidbury seconded, upon a roll call closed session was convened at 7:13 PM by a unanimous 6-0 vote. -Ald. Salentine moved to go back into open session and Commissioner Link seconded. Upon a voice vote, the motion carried. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, December 16, 7:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Commissioner Link moved for adjournment, seconded by Commissioner Lidbury.
