1. RESOLUTION #CDA 002-2003 : Resolution Of The City Of Muskego
Community Development Authority Certifying The Redevelopment Plan For The
Redevelopment District No. 1 Project Area To The City Of Muskego Common
Council. (Tess Corners).
2. Presentation by Ehlers and Associates, Tax Increment District #9 Project Plan
financing, and review of a timetable for same.
3. Authorization to proceed with Tax Increment District #9 Project Plan financing.
4. RESOLUTION #CDA 003-2003 : Resolution of the City of Muskego Community
Development Authority Designating the Boundaries of the Redevelopment
District No. 2 Project Area. (Downtown area and Janesville Road generally from
Bay Lane to Pioneer Drive).
5. Discussion and possible action on establishing a timetable for Redevelopment
District No. 2 Project Plan activities.
6. Discussion regarding possible CDA administration of the Economic
Development Revolving Loan Fund.
