OLD BUSINESS
1. Update on Tax Increment District #9 Project Plan Status, Janesville Road / Tess
Corners Area (Plan Commission)
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review of any written comments and / or objections to the Redevelopment
District #1 Boundaries and Project Plan.
2. Review and possible action to amend the draft Project Plan for the
Redevelopment District No. 1 based upon information received at the January
15, 2003 Public Hearing and written correspondence received.
3. RESOLUTION #CDA 001-2003 : Resolution of the City of Muskego Community
Development Authority Designating the Boundaries of the Redevelopment
District No. 1 Project Area, Finding and Declaring that the Proposed
Development Plan for the Redevelopment District No. 1 is Feasible and in
Conformity with the General Plan of the City of Muskego, Finding and Declaring
that the Project Area is a Blighted Area and that Specified Parcels Within the
Project Area are Blighted Properties, and Approving and Adopting the
Redevelopment Plan.
4. Review and possible action on information from Planning Staff regarding
potential boundaries of Redevelopment District No. 2 Project Area (in the
downtown area, as small as the Parkland Mall TID #8 District and as large and
expanded as the downtown which is from Bay Lane to Pioneer Drive).
