Dominski called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. 2.       Roll Call: Also present were J. De Vito-Scalzo, S. Gould, R. Jankowski, S. Snyder and Director H. Sanhuber. R. Melcher, S. Oneson and J. Schroeder were absent. K. Huebner arrived later. 3.       Pledge of Allegiance: recited. 4.       Statement of Public Notice: Given in accordance with the open meeting law on December 12, 2007. 5.       Approval of Minutes: S. Snyder moved to approve minutes of the November 28, 2007 meeting and J. De Vito-Scalzo seconded. Motion carried. 6.       Next Meeting Scheduled January 23, 2008. 7.       Treasurer’s Report: S. Snyder moved R. Jankowski seconded motion to approve payment of December expenses of $50,943.57. Motion carried. S. Snyder moved R. Jankowski seconded motion to approve payment of WCFLS December expenses of $6,263.14. Motion carried. 8.        Communications a.       Communications: None. b.       Guest Comments: None. c.       Comment Forms: None. 9.       Old Business a.       FOL: The first Wine Tasting planning meeting will be on Jan 8 at 8 am in room 6. b.       Trust Fund: No statement. c.       Librarian’s Report: Read and placed on file. There was an article about Murder & Mayhem in Publisher's Weekly. We received $1,000 from a Waukesha family foundation and an amphitheater news article was circulated. d.       WCFLS: System and staff will attend a "Marketing to Local Businesses" presentation. The County board will appoint a committee to study the County library tax distribution formula. 10.    New Business a.        Pending Fine Disputes: None. b.       Automation/Technology: There have been a lot of computer problems. We are replacing public PCs one year early. Staff and IS are meeting to discuss needs for public computers. The new PCs will be HP instead of the current Dell PCs. All computer classes have been cancelled until the new PCs are online. c.       Customer Survey: Defer until next month. d.       Budget Update: Budget figures were distributed. e.       Sign WCFLS 2008 Contract: President D. Dominski and Secretary R. Jankowski signed the contract. f.        Director Evaluation Process: There was no update from the city. 11.    Motion to Adjourn: Moved by S. Snyder, seconded by S.
