Minutes of Meeting Held Tuesday, September 26, 2000.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Retired Commissioner Leonard Pilak.
Also present were Commissioner Debbie Pavela, Larry Schweitzer, Allen Bing, Andy
Grunfelder and Curt Klenz.
It was noted that the meeting had been properly posted as required by the Open Meeting
Law.
Unfinished Business
The WDNR (Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources) determined that the dike is
officially a dam and we are awaiting for orders from state to start official work on it.
The committee is questioning the verbiage for fire pit regulations specifically in question
the 50 feet ruling from shoreline.
Results from the lake survey indicated weevils to be in the system.

Draw down of Little Muskego to be completed by October 15, 2000.
Osprey are gone for the season.
New Business
The committee elected Allen Bing for chairman and Debbie Pavela for secretary.
Larry Schweitzer will organize work on osprey platforms for spring.
Adjournment
Allen Bing moved to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Larry Schweitzer seconded, motion carried.
The next meeting is scheduled December 5, 2000 at Muskego Public Library at 6:30 p.m..
