REHABILITATION DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Minutes of Special Meeting Held on April 24, 2012
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:59 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners Madden, Soltysiak, Werner, Borgman, Harenda, and Wolfe. Those
present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Recording Secretary McMullen stated the
meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Commissioner Borgman moved to approve payment to the DNR for the permit for
aquatic plant control in the amount of $1,270.00. Commissioner Soltysiak
seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Harenda moved to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. Commissioner Borgman
seconded; motion carried.
