REHABILITATION DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF QUARTERLY MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 2012
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. Present were Commissioners
Madden, Schaumberg, Soltysiak, Borgman, Harenda, and Wolfe, Deputy Commissioner
Kies and Finance and Administration Director Mueller. Those present recited the
Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with
the Open Meeting Law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Harenda moved for approval of the March 27, 2012 minutes.
Commissioner Borgman seconded; motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Commissioner Harenda moved to approve the voucher for Marine Biochemists in
the amount of $6,328. Commissioner Soltysiak seconded; motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners Update Regarding Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water
Levels, Plant Growth, Fish and Wildlife
Deputy Commissioner Kies reported the following:
• The water levels are low. The voucher for Marine Biochemists reflects the
successful treatment of approximately 33 acres for Eurasion Milfoil. Treatment is
still needed in Bass Bay area.
The fish and wildlife are healthy and thriving. The eagles successfully fledged
several young. The ospreys did not hatch any young.
Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by the DNR
Nothing new to report.

seconded; motion carried.
