MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUIESDAY, APRIL 11, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 7:28 PM by Mayon Damaske. Also present were
Commissioners Melcher, Borgman, Buckmaster, Madden, Patterson, Salentine and
Schroeder, City Attorney Molter, Clerk -Treasurer Moyer. Those present recited the
Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk -Treasurer reported the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open
Meeting Law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Salentine moved for approval of the March 28, 2006 minutes.
Commissioner Borgman seconded; motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Resolution #BML 1-2006 - Resolution to Appl;I( for a Lake Protection Grant
. Commissioner Salentine moved for adoption. Commissioner Madden seconded.
Motion carried 7-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Buckmaster moved to adjourn at 7:34 PM. Commissioner Melcher seconded;
motion carried.
