MINUTES OF QUARTERLY MEETING HELD TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 8:23 PM by Mayor Damaske. Also present were
Commissioners Melcher, Borgman, Buckmaster, Madden, Patterson, Salentine and
Schroeder, City Attorney Molter, Clerk -Treasurer Moyer, and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Mayor reported the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting
Law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Salentine moved for approval of August 9, 2005 minutes. Commissioner
Schroeder seconded; motion carried.
The Commissioners received a report of the vouchers paid since the last meeting.
Commissioner Salentine moved to approve payment in the amount of $3,402 to DOl-
USGS for water quality monitoring. Commissioner Madden seconded; motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS

Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by DNR
Nothing to report.
NEW BUSINESS
Election of Treasurer and Secretary
Commissioner Schroeder moved to elect the interim Finance Director as district
Treasurer and the Clerk -Treasurer as district Secretary. Commissioner Salentine
seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Schroeder moved to adjourn at 8:26 PM. Commissioner Buckmaster
seconded; motion carried.
