MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM by Mayor Damaske. Also present were
Commissioners Melcher, Borgman, Buckmaster, Madden, Patterson, Salentine and
Schroeder, Deputy Clerk Blenski, Conservation Coordinator Zagar and Deputy
Commissioner Kies. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Mayor stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
The Commissioners received a report of the vouchers paid since the last quarterly
meeting. Commissioner Salentine moved to approve payment in the amount of
$23,164.50 to C. W. Purpero, Inc. Commissioner Borgman seconded; motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Purpero, Inc. Invoice
0 Taken care of under Voucher Approval.
2. Weed Harvester Use by Little Muskego Lake District
Mr. Zagar stated that the Little Muskego Lake District now had two of its three
harvesters working. There is no need to use the Big Muskego Lake District's harvester.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Salentine moved to adjourn at 7:08 PM. Commissioner Madden
seconded; motion carried.
