BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS (Approved 8/12/2003)
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2003
The meeting was called to order at 8:32 PM by Mayor Slocomb. Also present were
Commissioners Petfalski, Buckmaster, Damaske, Madden, Patterson, Salentine and
Schroeder, Attorney Molter and Clerk -Treasurer Marenda. Those present recited the
Pledge of Allegiance.
The Clerk reported the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
NEW BUSINESS
Voucher Approval - Big Muskego Dike
Commissioner Salentine moved to approve voucher in amount of $562.50.
Commissioner Petfalski seconded. Mayor noted the invoice is for legal fees in
connection with the BML District and DNR working on access agreements with the
property owners. Motion carried 7-0.
Mayor noted if there were no objections he would bring forward a resolution to a special
Board of Commissioners meeting on August 12, 2003 to amend the By Laws to change
the limit for his approval of vouchers from $500 to $1,000. No objections stated.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Buckmaster moved to adjourn at 8:36 p.m. Commissioner Madden
seconded; motion carried.
