Pledge of allegiance followed the meeting's call to order at 6:OOPM.
ROLL CALL
Present was Aldermen Tracy Snead, Neil Borgman, Kert Harenda, and Jim Mayer and Phil
Kiedrowski. Also present was Police Chief Paul Geiszler and T.C.F. D. Chief Skip
Wojnowski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Meeting properly posted publicly for viewing on Monday, June 6, 2011.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Jim Mayer made a motion to approve the May 6, 2011 minutes. Phil Kiedrowski seconded
and motion carried unanimously.

Pending Business
1. Review of Committee Responsibilities — Alderman Snead reviewed the
responsibilities of the committee and stated this would not be a "complaint board".
When a committee member is approached regarding a problem, it should be
investigated, then brought to the committee for review.
2. Clarification of the Water Bugs Ski Ramp — This matter was sent to the Park n' Rec
Board for review by all parties involved. Their recommendations will be brought to
the committee for discussion.

3. T.C.F.D.'s Response Times Update — Chief Wojnowski stated the department is
awaiting the arrival of additional computer hardware before everything is ready to
generate the print outs on response times. When everything is in place, the print
outs will be supplied to the committee.
4. T.C.F.D.s Reward/Retention Program — The program was discussed at the May 10,
2011 Committee of the Whole meeting. The committee's recommendation is to take
back four revisions to be reviewed:
➢ "Change all references to scholarship fund to address transferring funds
to the fire company to provide seed money for a sustainable retention
program developed and managed by the fire department": After
discussion, it was recommended the fire department draft a new
agreement and bring to the committee for review.
➢ "Physical assets to become ownership of the city upon dissolution":
The city owns the fire department buildings located on Janesville Road
and Racine Avenue. The fire department stated they would not discuss
this issue.
➢ "Address arbitration within contract based on revisions": This was not
discussed at this time.
➢ "Review name of the fire department upon dissolution": No discussion
at this time.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
Report of Significant activity — Police — Chief Geiszler reported a new officer has been hired
and after his field training the department will be looking to fill the community resource
officer position. Also, on Sunday the 5t", the department had a SWAT call that ended with
an arrest after a four hour stand-off.
Reports of Significant Activity — TCFD — Nothing to report other than the department
responded to a rash of motorcycle accidents.
Miscellaneous Business - Nothing
ADJOURNMENT - Alderman Harenda made a motion to adjourn and Alderman Borgman.
seconded. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 7:10PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 6:OOPM at Muskego City Hall
in the Alderman's Room.
