Pledge of allegiance followed the meeting's call to order at 5:15PM.

Present were Aldermen Tracy Snead and Kert Harenda, Philip Kiedrowski, and James
Mayer. Also present were Captain John La Tour and T.C.F.D. Chief Wojnowski. Alderman
Neil Borgman excused.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Meeting properly posted publicly for viewing on Monday, May 2, 2011.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Phil Kiedrowski made a motion to approve the April 6, 2011 minutes. Jim Mayer seconded
and motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Placement of Waterbugs' Ski Ramp
Alderman Keith Werner explained a home owner on Little Muskego Lake would like the ski
ramp moved to another location on the lake. It was explained that the ramp is 620 yards
from the homeowner's property and that there had been previous placements but they
needed to be moved due to state statutes. Main concerns for the placement of the ramp
are the depth of the water, the best route for the skiers, must be out of the general boating
lanes, does not interfere with navigation of other water craft, and comply with DNR rules.
After discussion Alderman Harenda made a motion to keep the ramp location in the same
spot and to be able to revisit this subject for next year. Jim Mayer seconded and passed
unanimously. A resolution will be sent to the common council for approval.

PENDING BUSINESS
Continued Review of TCFVD and EMS Resaonse Times
Chief Wojnowski stated there are changes being made to their programs that should be
able to give more accurate time status for the units. Also, all 1st responders will have a
number assigned and their times will be noted by the dispatcher. He hopes the new system
will be available by the end of May and will bring what times they have with the new system
to next month's meeting.
Communications and Miscellaneous Business As Authorized By Law
Committee members decided the meetings will continue to be on the first Wednesday of the
month with the time staying at 6:OOPM.
ADJOURNMENT - Alderman Harenda made a motion to adjourn and Jim Mayer
seconded. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 5:55PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 6:OOPM at Muskego City
Hall in the Alderman's Room.
