CALL TO ORDER
DATE: Thursday, December 12, 2013
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The meeting was called to order at 6:OOPM, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present were Aldermen Robert Glazier, Eileen Madden, Robert Wolfe, Citizen
Representative Phil Kiedrowski. Also present were Police Captain John LaTour, and Fire
Chief Carl Wojnowski
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was properly posted publicly for viewing on Monday, December 9, 2013.
Public Appearance None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Alderman Glazier advised the minutes from the prior meeting were not available and would
be approved at the next meeting.
Updates from Police Department Captain LaTour advised they were well into the hiring
process based upon anticipated retirements.
Updates from Fire Department
Chief Wojnowski advised they are currently experiencing a high volume of rescue calls.
OLD BUSINESS None
NEW BUSINESS
1. Muskego Ordinance Violation Fine Amounts — Committee discussion resulted in a
recommendation to raise municipal fine amounts to be consistent with
neighboring jurisdictions.
Alderman Glazier made a motion to forward the item to Common Council.
Alderman Wolfe seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
2. No Parking Sign removal on Elm Street — The matter was brought forward by
Alderman Borgman with recommendation to remove the sign based upon citizen
input. The police department had no objections. Alderman Glazier made a motion
to forward the recommendation to Common Council to remove the sign. Alderman
Madden seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
1. Next Meeting — The next meeting will be Thursday, 01/09/14, at 6:OOPM.
2. Miscellaneous Business — None
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Madden made a motion to adjourn and Alderman Wolfe seconded. Motion
carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 PM.
