MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 8:40 P.M. by Chairman Misko.
Also present were Committee Members Woodard and Sanders, Ald.
Taube, Police Chief Johnson, and those per the attached list.
The Committee reviewed the attached report to the Committee by
Building Inspection Director Chuck Dykstra on status of Citations
and Condemnations.
Mr. & Mrs. Zylke, owners of establishment addressed S75 W17385
Janesville Road, appeared before the Committee to review parking
on CTH L, west of intersection of Westwood Drive. Chief Johnson
proposed to request Waukesha County to establish a "No Parking
Zone" 105 feet west of Westwood Drive on Janesville Road as
outlined in memorandum to the Committee of June 23, 1994. Mr. &
Mrs. Zylke stated their objection. Ald. Woodard moved to request
Waukesha County to establish a "No Parking Zone" on the south side
of Janesville Road, 90 feet west of the intersection of Westwood
Drive and Janesville Road. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion
carried.

Owner completed application to raze structure,
permit to raze is being held, pending receipt of
. additional information re: date when structure
will be removed by and process by which building
will be razed. (How will debris be removed from
site)?
