MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Misko.
Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Woodard, Ald.
D'Acquisto, Building Inspection Director Chuck Dykstra, Chief John
Johnson, and those per the attached list.
It was noted that the agenda was posted on 10/7/94 in accordance
with Open Meeting Law requirements.
The Committee reviewed the attached Status Report for September
with Building Inspection Director Chuck Dykstra.
There was nothing new to update on existing forms and ordinances.
Mrs. Cindy Kochnowicz, S70 W14894 Cornell Circle, appeared before
the Committee to discuss a petition that was filed with the
Clerk's Office on October 11, 1994, requesting support and aid in
a solution for a high speed control or deterrent on Cornell
Circle. Ald. Woodard moved to request Chief Johnson to do a
safety study and report back to the November meeting. Seconded by
Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
• The Committee reviewed traffic control at intersection of Ladwig
Drive and Aud Mar Drive. Ald. Sanders moved to recommend
installation of a stop sign on the northwest corner at the
intersection of Ladwig Drive and Aud Mar Drive, with an additional
signage to indicate right turn does not need to stop. Seconded by
Ald. Woodard, motion carried.

Ald. D'Acquisto discussed with the Committee a traffic problem on
Gold & Diamond Drive. Chief Johnson will do a safety study and
report back to the November meeting.
Ald. D'Acquisto discussed with the Committee correspondence that
had twice been sent to Mr. Richard Bolte, Waukesha County,
regarding a request for a bypass lane to be installed, north
bound, at the intersection of CTH Y (Racine Avenue) and Williams
Drive. Ald. Sanders moved to send correspondence to Mr. Bolte
requesting that Waukesha County do a traffic study. All
communications should be copied to Ald. D'Acquisto and Mr. & Mrs.
Thomas Shank, S71 W19820 Simandl Drive, Muskego, WI 53150.
Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
