MINUTES OF MEETING HELD THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Brian
R. Misko. Also present were Committee Members Woodard and
Sanders, Mayor De Angelis, Chief Johnson, Building Inspection
Director Chuck Dykstra and those per the attached list.
The Committee reviewed with Chuck Dykstra the status of
condemnations per the attached report. Ald. Woodard moved to
direct the City Attorney to start formal condemnation procedure
for the property addressed W136 58355 Holz Lane. Seconded by
Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
There was no updates on existing forms and ordinances.
The Committee further discussed hunting concerns and reviewed
correspondence from City Attorney dated January 4, 1994 and
Chief Johnson dated January 6, 1994. Ald. Sanders moved to
recommend the following amendment to Chapter 9, Section
9.01(1)(e):
9.01(1)(e) Any person may, on his own property
or with the consent of an owner thereof,
discharge a shotgun providing he is
more than 300 feet from any dwelling;
Federal, State, County, or City Highway;
or park, church, municipal or school
property.
Seconded by Ald. Woodard, motion carried.
Chief Johnson discussed with the Committee a recent request
received for cross walks and walk/don't walk signals at the
intersection of CTH L and Lannon Drive. Ald. Woodard moved to
send request to Waukesha County Highway Dept. along with other
requests outlined in the December 9, 1993 Public Safety
Committee minutes. Seconded by Ald. Misko, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.

Conditions not yet met, permit not yet issued and

removed. Letter going out to Kurer informing
them additional citations will be issued if
