PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Simmons. Also present were Committee Members Sanders and
Misko, Chief Johnson, Building Inspection Director Chuck
Dykstra, Ald. Schneider and those per the attached list.
The Committee reviewed the Public Safety Committee minutes of
August 6, 1992, and placed on file.
Building Inspection Chuck Dykstra reviewed with the Committee
the attached report on condemnations and citations.
No new forms or ordinances were discussed.
The Committee discussed Seasonal "No Parking" signs at Jewel
Crest, Garnet and Topaz. Ald. Misko will check with Parks &
Recreation Department on whether it is legal to launch boats
• from any access site.
Ms. Lori O'Brien appeared before the Committee to request an
extension of the guardrail at Cornell & Tess Corners Drive.
The Committee deferred action on request to allow Chief Johnson
to conduct a traffic survey. The Committee also requests that
Supt. Loughney do a safety survey on the curve. All reports
will be furnished to the Committee for their October meeting.

I informed him that we feel it is now necessary to take steps to

TAGGED. Mr. Bailey informed me that he would contact me as soon
as possible to confirm a proposed eviction date.
