withheld until the tires are removed. The two citations are still
outstanding and were adjourned until March 7, 1992.

This property was purchased by Jenkel Oil Co., 425 South
Washington Street, Combined Locks, Wisconsin. A letter will be

W187 56922 Gold Drive (Dale Krell)
Mr. Dale Kreil, owner of Casanova's, presently has 12 boats parked
on his property. He received correspondence from me stating that
he must move the boats because this was a commercial use and not
permitted. Mr. Kreil responded by informing me during a phone
• conversation that seven of the boats were personally owned by
him. I informed him that this was an excessive number and that I
would request a determination from the Plan Commission since the
number of boats allowed was not specifically addressed in the
zoning code. He was informed that he must move all but seven of
the boats until the Plan Commission made their determination. He
was issued a citation for failure to remove commercial boats and
trailer at above site by the deadline date given. The Plan
Commission had determined at their meeting of January 21, 1992
that Mr. Kreil was to have no more than two 15' boats at the
site. Mr. Kreil is appealing the Plan Commission decision at the
February 20, 1992 Board of Appeals meeting. Court date is set
for February 15, 1992.
Colleqe and Racine and College and Reaencv (Ken Miller)
A citation was issued to Mr. Miller for failure to remove illegal
signs and failure to obtain Plan Commission approval and purchase
the necessary permits for temporary signs at the above locations.
Court date is set for February 15, 1992.
Meadow Green West Addition 3 (Boehms)
A citation was issued to the Boehms for failure to comply with
approved erosion control plan and failure to install protective
measures per submitted plan. Court date is set for March 21, 1992.

OTHER MATTERS

An inspection made by our department on February 3, 1992 has
revealed that Mr. Lyon has completed siding 100% of the lower 8'

On January 21, 1992 a memo was sent to Dave Sanders. Alderman
Sanders did contact the Building Inspection Department and will
ask the property owner to call our department and schedule a

W188 57658 Oak Grove Drive
An inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, 1992.
S65 W17844 Martin Drive
Our department sent a memo to Alderman Harold Sanders on
January 21, 1992 with a further memo dated February 6, 1992. This
memo was to have gone to Alderman Daniel Hilt. Our office has
now sent those two memos to Alderman Hilt. The original memo is
in regard to several buildings on the site that are extremely
dangerous and should be removed. The second memo clarifies the
fact that the largest building would be allowed to remain if the
foundation were repaired.
