MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Members Patterson and Simmons and
Mayor Salentine.
Ald. Taube moved to go into Closed Session pursuant to S19.85
(1)(c), Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation date of any public employe over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically reviewing applications for Plan Director
position, scheduling interviews and interviewing and will
reconvene into Open Session for purpose of adjournment. Seconded
by Ald. Simmons, motion carried unanimously.
The Committee reconvened into Open Session at 10:39 P.M.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
