. MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 8, 1990
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Taube at 7:08 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members D. Sanders and Patterson, and
G. P. Lee.
The Committee reviwed minutes of previous meeting and placed on
file.
The Committee reviewed with G. P. Lee the status of the following
condemnations:
Kellv Door Svstems - W183 S8253 Racine Avenue
This matter is scheduled for the Plan Commission
on March 20, 1990, for proper screening.
S74 W17314 Lake Drive
Affidavits were served to all parties involved
regarding the razing of building.
S81 W18475 Gemini Drive
There will be another follow-up inspection on
• 3/21/90. All items have not been removed.
W142 S8028 Durham Drive
March 12, 1990, reinspection will be held to see
if area has been cleaned out.
S110 W20544 S. Denoon
House and a few outbuildings are still up. Will
discuss further when party is back in town.
It was noted that Mr. Harold DeBack's barn has been leveled and
is in need of minor clean-up.
The Committee reviewed speed complaint in Meadow Green West
Subdivision. Ald. Patterson moved to instruct police to set up
radar during lunch and end of normal work day for contractors who
are speeding out of subdivision. Seconded by Ald. D. Sanders,
motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
