The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Patterson,

Chief Johnson and those per the attached list.
The Committee discussed status of condemnations. G. P. Lee
advised the Committee that he notified Mr. Ken Brown, in writing,
on August 23, 1988, that the City would require verfication of an
acceptable perc test approved by Waukesha County Health
Department, verification of approved financing, and verification
of building permit. To date nothing has been received from Mr.
Brown and a letter has been written to the City Attorney to
proceed with condemnation process.
The Committee reviewed request from Parks Supervisor Theis to
erect signs for recreational trail. The Committee approved
request and is recommending that signs be erected signifying year
round activities; i.e. Cross Country Skiing, etc., at
intersections with active roads.
The Committee reviewed request for street lights for Meadow Green
West Subdivision. The Committee deferred for lack of information
as to how many lights, who is requesting, etc.

Janesville Road. Chief Johnson and Police Department researched
present "No Parking" regulations on Janesville Road. Ald.
