MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 4, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Patterson, G. P.
Lee, Mayor Salentine, Chief Johnson and those per the attached
list.
The Committee discussed parking problem in Idle Isle area.
Citizens are requesting a change of signs to regulate weekend
parking of automobiles in this area. Ald Taube moved to direct
Public Works Superintendent to post "No Parking on Weekends &
Holidays" signs on both sides of the street on Lentini Drive,
Ranch Drive, Earl Drive and Martin Drive (from former NIKE Site
to East Drive) from May lst to October 1st. Seconded by Ald.
Patterson, motion carried.
Tess Corners Area parking discussion was deferred until receipt
of information from the Tess Corners Fire Department.
The Committee discussed the following condemnation:
W126 59485 North Ca e Rd. (Ken Brown) A perc test was taken
• but no confirmation receive rom t e Waukesha County Health
Department. Ald. Patterson moved that the a letter be written to
Mr. Ken Brown asking for verification of the following:
1. An acceptable perc test approved by
Waukesha County Health Department.
2. Verification of approved financing.
3. Building Permit
If the above items are not obtain by August 22, 1988, the City
will notify the City Attorney to proceed with the condemnation.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
