• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 3, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Patterson,
Building Inspector Lee, and those per the attached list.
The Committee reviewed status of the following condemnations:
W126 S9485 North Ca e Road - Memorandum of 2/10/88 from
Assessor DeAnge is was reviewed which indicated that the
Assessor's Office was unable to obtain entry into the home for
the recent revaluation. As a result, old records were used from
previous assessments. Mr. & Mrs. Brown appeared before the
Committee to present plans for a new home to replace house under
Condemnation. The owners were advised the procedure for applying
for a Holding Tank permit and plan approval for the construction
of their new home. Ald. Patterson moved to extend condemnation
procedures for one month to verify the intentions of the owners
to erect a new structure as well as intall a holding tank on that
property.
S83 W15249 Mystic Drive - Dwelling is to be razed by May 30,
1988.
S79 W16197 Bay lane Place - Building Inspector Lee advised
• that the new owner is in the process of contacting the Clerk of
Courts to see if a written statement indicating her intent to
correct non-compliance items would be sufficient to satisfy the
Judge. The new owner has been informed that she needs an
Occupancy Certificate before occupying this building.
W172 S7505 Lannon Drive (Caradaro Club) Garage is scheduled
to be removed on March 4. 1988 by the Public Works Department at
a cost of $500., plus cost of Title Search.
W186 S7645 Lincoln Drive - All non-compliance items have
been completed and bondas been released. A Certificate of
Occupancy has been issued.
The Committee reviewed duplicate street names in the City. Ald.
Patterson moved to rename Bay Lane on the south end of Bellview
Drive to Bay Lane Terrace to eliminate confusion by Emergency
Agencies, and that the Post Office and citizens residing on this
street be notified of this action.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
