MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 7, 1988
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Member Sanders, Acting Mayor Dumke,
Ald. Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis, Building Inspector Lee, Jack
Russell and Dale Galten. Committee Member Patterson arrived at
7:40 P.M.
The Committee reviewed the following Condemnations with Building
Inspector Lee:
S83 W15249 Mystic Drive - Mr. Dale Galten appeared before the
Committee to request an extension on condemnation order until May
of 1988. He showed evidence from his doctor of a recent injury
which has delayed his razing the building for salvageable
materials. The building is unoccupied and boarded up at the
present time. An application has been submitted to the State for
a mound system for eventual construction of a new residence. The
Committee directed Mr. Galten to notify the Building Inspector
when he begins to raze the structure
W186 S7645 Lincoln Drive - Mr. Jack Russell appeared before the
•Committee to a dress our items which have not been complied with
to date. Mr. Russell explained that the uncompleted items will
be completed by the end of this week, with the exception of
electrical work. Electrical work has been delayed due to
Electric Company failing to show up.
W172 S7455 Center Drive - Work has been delayed due to death in
the tamily and work will be completed as soon as practical due to
cold weather.
S79 W16197 Bay Lane Place - A citation has been issued on this
property and personal appearance has been scheduled for January
30, 1988.
Caradaro Club - Mr. Cirillo stated that he is in the process of
having the garage razed. Ald. Sanders moved that the garage be
removed by the end of the month or a citation will be issued.
Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
W126 S9485 North Ca e Road - Owner has not been able to be
contacted and Bui ding Inspector will follow up on the progress
of this condemnation.
Ald. Penovich brought to the Committee's attention a letter he
received from Mrs. Marcia Ryback, W147 S6690 Woodland Place,
. addressing her concerns wth snowmobilers riding on the city road
adjacent to and partly on her property. Mrs. Ryback is
requesting that the easement area be posted with a "No
Trespassing - City of Muskego" sign to prevent snowmobilers from

using this area. Ald. Patterson moved to direct the Public Works
Superintendent to erect a "No Trespassing - City of Muskego" sign
to discourage snowmobiling in this area. Seconded by Ald.
Sanders, motion carried.
