PSM19861211• PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 11, 1986 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Taube at 7:05 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Penovich and Sanders, Mayor Salentine, Ald. DeAngelis, Building Inspector Lee, Police Chief Johnson and Mr. Charles DuPont. A Land Disturbing Permit has been proposed by the Building Inspector for controlling the movement of topsoil within the Community. The purpose of the permit is also to minimize soil erosion in compliance with the proposed Erosion Control Ordinance. The final action on adopting this permit was deferred until further studies can be made. The recommended fee is a $15.00 application fee plus $1.00 per cubic yard over 25 yards for bringing in fill and a $30.00 application fee plus $5.00 for each acre over 4 acres for land disturbing activities. Since no condition could be found in the original Developer's Agreement for Marlan Meadows Subdivision for the installation of a decorative street light at the entrance on East and Martin Drive, the Committee determined that the City will pay for the installation of a standard street light. Should a decorative light be preferred by the residents, the City recommended that • the difference in cost between a standard and decorative street light be the responsibility of the residents or Homeowners Association. The Committee tabled any action on the overnight parking of trucks in the Industrial Park since no problem exists at the present time. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Ald. Harold Sanders Secretary ca
