Items that do not comply are: No.3, whereas the deck is not constructed to carry the necessary live load required by code. No. 5, was unaccessible and therefore not inspected and the water report not made available. No.7, the foundation has not been sufficiently re -enforced or tuckpointed properly. An inspection was made of the upstairs which was not made available for the Oct.23,1985 inspection. The following items must be corrected in addition to those listed above. 1. Masonry chimney to be properly tuckpointed. 2. The floor will not carry the necessary design load of 40 lbs.per sq.ft. as required by code because of damage, rot,or decay. 3. The upstairs addition cantilevered to the north should be removed because of the hole in the wall and ceiling and also will not carry the live load required by the code. The windows need repairs 4. The roof must be patched temporarily 5. Plumbing permit required, done without permit. You are hereby given ten days to obtain a licensed plumber to acquire the necessary permit so the kitchen sink in the lower unit can be tested and inspected in accordance with 82.21 of the Plumbing Code.
