PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 10, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Taube at 6:32 P.M.
Also present were Committee Member Penovich, Ald. Hilt, Ald.
Dumke and Building Inspector Lee.
The Committee reviewed condemnation of W192 S7202 Hillside Drive
with Building Inspector Lee. Mr. Lee gave a report on the
condition of the building and showed pictures of same. Estimated
cost of repairs exceeds 50% of equalized valuation. Ald. Taube
will discuss matter with owner, Ron Olson, and if he refuses to
repair, condemnation will proceed. Ald. Penovich moved to defer
until November meeting. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
The Committee discussed the traffic problem on Parkland Drive and
requests that the Police Department provide a report on the
alleged traffic problem and the value of stop signs to reduce
speed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
