MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 3, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nilsson at 7:00
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Dumke, Ald.
Gaetzke, Supt. Bertram, Lt. Johnson and Jeff Schimberg.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting.
The Committee discussed the posting of one way signs at Oak Grove
and Kingston, and deferred to next meeting to allow investigation
by Lt. Johnson.
The Committee discussed the complaint of loud dump trucks on
Pioneer Drive. The Police Department agreed to increase the
patrol on Pioneer.
Mr. Jeff Schimberg stated that water skiiers on Little Muskego
Lake often interferred with fishermen. Lt. Johnson advised that
water patrol would be increased this year and more tickets issued
for violations.
The Committee discussed a request by The Little Store in Tess
Corners for Loading Zone signs, and deferred action to obtain
• additional details from owner of The Little Store.
The Committee discussed the traffic on Sherwood Circle with Supt.
Bertram and Lt. Johnson. Ald. Nilsson moved to recommend
designating Sherwood Circle as a Through Street to allow Supt.
Bertram to place yield and stop signs on streets involved.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed the need for a "Curve" sign in the
Industrial Park at intersection of Gemini and Mercury. Supt.
Bertram agreed to erect the sign.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
