MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 15, 1979
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at 7:07 P.M..
Also present were Ald. Weed, Mr. and Mrs. Feldman, Mrs. Van Lanen,
Jerri Nelson and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting of July 11 were reviewed and
placed on file.
Mr. and Mrs. Feldman appeared before the committee to inquire about
applying once more for humane officer. Ald. Weed has meet with
Mr. Whitehouse, his opinion still was that he only wanted a person
to pick up the animals and Mr. Whitehouse would then take care of them.
Mr. and Mrs. Feldmans property is not zoned for kennels thus it
would not meet the requirements for sheltering animals. The committee
agreed that the same procedure which is used in the handling and
disposing of animals would be continued
Ald. Weed will check on installation of "Caution - Children Playing"
signs on Crowbar -Drive near the Scholbe residence.
The police department will review the request for no parking signs
on Muskego Drive west from Hardtke Drive.
• Correspondence from Building Inspector Lee was read and placed on file.
The Dog Catcher Reports for June 1, 1979-to July 26, 1979 were
reviewed and placed on file.
Rescue and Fire Department.reports from July 6, 1979 to July 29, 1979
were reviewed and placed on file.
Ald. Tomczyk moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Weed. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned -at 8:05 P.M.
