• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1972
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sapp at 7:05 P.M. Also
present were Ald. Schaumberg and Mayor Gottfried.
The reorganization of the Auxiliary Police was discussed by the committee.
Traffic patterns in the vicinity of Somerset, Hawthorne and Emerson
Drives were discussed and the committee will await a recommendation from
the Police Department before making a decision.
Ald. Schaumberg moved that the Police Chief's recommendation for a change
of rank structure in that department be tabled. Seconded by Ald. Sapp,
motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved that the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee consider an
ordinance prohibiting residential picketing. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg,
motion carried.

Warning lights in the vicinity of Tess Corners School were discussed.
Ald. Schaumberg moved that the proposal of May 26, 1971, concerning
traffic signs in the Belmont Green's Subdivision be tabled. Seconded
• by Ald. Sapp, motion carried.
The change order of the Wisconsin Operational Survival Plan is in the
process of being reviewed by the committee.
Police Department Report for the month of January, 1972, was reviewed
and placed on file.
Twenty (20) Tess Corners Rescue Reports were reviewed. (From 12/19/71
through 1/13/72). Sixteen (16) were recommended for payment and billing,
three (3) for payment only and one (1) for no payment or billing.
The following correspondence was received and reviewed:
From Attorney General Robert Warren complimenting Muskego Police
Dept. for the apprehension of person involved in illicit drugs.
From C & C Bohrer Construction Co. regarding the apprehension of
vandals at the northeast treatment plant.by Officer Mott.
Proposed street name changes were discussed.
•Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Sapp, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
