• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 11, 1971
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sapp at 7:15 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Schaumberg and Dumke, Mayor Gottfried and Building
Inspector Lee.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on September 30, 1971, were
'reviewed and placed on file.
Building Inspector Lee reported on the proposed pool fencing ordinance.
He will present suggested changes at the next meeting.
The status of the Auxiliary Police was discussed. The Committee agreed
that there is a need for this unit however there is a need for reorgan-
ization. This matter will be discussed with Chief Kraus at the next
meeting.
The committee reviewed an organizational revision of the Police Department.
Street name changes were discussed and a special meeting will be held
• for this purpose at a later date.
Police Department Report for the month of October was reviewed and
placed on file. -
Twenty one (21) Tess Corners Rescue Reports from 7/27/71 thru 10/15/71
were reviewed. Twenty (20) were approved for payment and billing and
one (1) for payment only.
Correspondence from the Village of Hales Corners commending Police
Chief Kraus for his presentation before their Safety Study Committee
was received.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
