• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 2, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chm. Sapp. Also present
were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen DeBack and Foldy.
Minutes of the previous meetings.held on September 24th and 29th, 1970,
were reviewed and placed on file.
• Eleven (11) Tess Corners Fire Dept. Reports covering the period from
7/7/70 to 9/27/70 were reviewed and placed on file.
Seventeen (17) Tess Corners Rescue Reports covering period from 9/17/70
to 10/14/70 were reviewed. Fourteen (14) were approved for payment and
billing. Three (3) were approved for payment only.
Request for "Dead End" or "No Thru Street" sign on Lake Drive, north
of Pleasant View Drive, was received, reviewed and referred to the
Public Works Committee.
Request for sign warning of sharp curve on Acker Drive was reviewed
and referred to the Police Dept. for recommendation.
• Correspondence from Building Inspector to Chief Electrical Inspector
of Green Bay was reviewed and placed on file.
Chief Kraus appeared to present the following proposals:
1. City wide trash pickup or a change in the Burning Ordinance.
2. House numbers on lake side of lake property.
3. Changes to intersection of Pioneer Dr. and Highway "Y".
4. Security doors and window coverings for Police Station.
The Committee deferred action until the next meeting.
Mayor Gottfried questioned the status of the fire safety precautions
in multiple family dwellings. Chairman Sapp will review same with the
Building Inspector.
Ald. DeBa.ck moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Foldy.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
