• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1970
The meeting was called to order by Ald. DeBack, Acting Chairman at
8:30 P.M. Also present were Mayor Gottfried, Chief Kraus and Aldermen
Narlock and Foldy.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
• Twenty nine (29) Tess Corners Rescue Squad(Perports were reviewed and
twenty six (26) were approved for billing acid payment and three (3) were
approved for payment only.
The Tess Corners Fire Dept. Report was reviewed and placed on file.
Mayor Gottfried will write to Mayor Rathke of New Berlin requesting
that they place a street light at the intersection of Lowell Place
and S.T.H. 24.
The committee is awaiting further word from Chief Kraus regarding
the proposed Explosives Ordinance.
• Chief Kraus presented recommended changes to the present Gun Ordinance.
The recommendations were received and placed on file for further review.
Ald. Narlock referred speeding complaints on Crowbar Road to Chief
Kraus.
Foldy moved to adjourn at 9:15 P.M
