• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 18, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 P.M. by Chairman O'Connell.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister, Wollman and Sapp. Building
Inspector Lee was also present.
The minutes of the previous meeting, held on March 4, 1970 were reviewed
and placed on file.
The Police Dept. Report for February, 1970, was reviewed and placed
on file.
Thirteen (13) Tess Corners Rescue Reports were reviewed and eleven (11)
were approved for payment.
Chief Kraus's request, dated February 10, 1970, for "No Parking"
regulations on both sides of Garnet Drive, was discussed. Ald.
Burgermeister stated that not to allow parking on Garnet Drive would
cause some hardship for the residents there. Ald. Wollman moved
• to recommend to the Common Council that parking be allowed on the
right side of Garnet Drive when heading in a southerly direction.
Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.

No action was taken on Chief Kra.us's requests dated March 6 and March 11,
1970. These will be discussed at the next meeting of this Committee.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
