MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 3, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman O'Connell at 8:03 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister, Wollman and Sapp and Sgt.
Scholz of the Police Department.
' The Minutes of the previous meeting held on November 19, 1969, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Fourteen (14) Tess Corners Rescue Reports were reviewed and ten (10)
were approved for payment.
Mrs. Carl Lassanske of W137 56823 Dunstan Ct. appeared before
the Committee to register a complaint against the Dog Warden. Sgt.
Scholz gave the Committee a description of the Police Dept. pro-
cedure regarding animal complaints. After considerable discussion,
Ald. Sapp moved to have Mr. Whitehouse and Chief Kraus or Sgt.
Scholz of the Police Department appear at the next meeting of this
Committee to further discuss this matter. Seconded by Ald. Wollman.
Motion carried.
• Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn for the purpose of viewing the areas
being considered for street lighting. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
