• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 18, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Chairman Sapp.
Present were Chairman Sapp, Alderman Wollman and Alderman Burgermeister.
Chairman Sapp moved to amend the Minutes of the meeting held June
41 1969 to insert that Alderman Wollman voted "no" on the motion to
create three (3) Lieutenants within the Police Department. Seconded
by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
The minutes of the meeting held June 4, 1969 were reviewed and placed
on file.
A communication from Building Inspector Lee to City Attorney Buckley
regarding a house at S76 W19806 Sunnyhill Dr. being unfit for
occupancy was read and placed on file.
Conditions of sewer excavations along Highway 24 were discussed.
Chairman Sapp informed the Committee that she had been informed by
• the sewer engineer that the contractor and State Highway Department
had met and as soon as a code regarding repairs were established
the work should be accomplished. A memorandum was written to City
Engineer to follow up and expedite earliest completion of said work
to be accomplished by sewer contractor.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend to the Rules, Laws & Ordinance to
update boating regulations in accordance with State Statutes.
Seconded by Chairman Sapp, motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P. M.
