MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 18, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. Present were Chairman
Linck, Aldermen Wollman and Burgermeister, Police Chief Kraus, City
• Attorney Buckley and Asst. City Attorney Wimmer.
Ald. Cooley arrived at 7:55 P.M.
Mr. Young, Lake DeNoon, appeared in regard to speed signs in his
area and new rules for the lake. A long discussion was held with
this gentleman.
Police Chief Kraus appeared regarding the pending action on:
Re -hiring of Officer Cizney
Mutual Aid Pact
Placement of new lake markers
Hiring of a new officer for the Department
• All issues were discussed in great detail.

The new fire and rescue contracts were discussed. Linck moved,
seconded by Wollman, that the Rescue Squad be instructed to be more
specific as to names in their future reports.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
