MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 14, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M.
Minutes of meeting held on October 2, 1968, were approved as read
• and placed on file.
Letter from Police Chief Kraus, dated 10/14/68, was read and discussed
regarding Schultz's Rifle Range and it was decided that the Committee
would also view the site before any decision is made.
Letter from Police Chief Kraus, dated 10/6/68, was read and discussed
regarding confinement and disposal of animals other than dogs. It
was recommended that the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee draw up
a similar ordinance to Sec. 12.09 (7)(e) regarding Sec. 9.18 of the
Municipal Code.
Letter from Chief Kraus, dated 10/8/68, regarding Ordinance #109,
referring to Ch. 7 of the Municipal Code be referred to the Rules,
• Laws & Ordinance Committee for study and correction.
Building Inspector Lee appeared at 8:30 PM to present his Budget for
the forthcoming year.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Linck. The meeting
adjourned at 11:10 P.M.
