MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 16, 1967
Chairman Roland Linck called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
Present were Chairman Roland Linck, Alderman S. Robert Lentini,
Alderman Frank Narlock, Mayor Jerome Gottfried and Police Chief
Kraus.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on October 2, 1967, were
read. Alderman Linck moved to approve the minutes, Alderman Lentini
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The Tess Corners Fire Department September report was received
and placed on file. Three zoning violations were received from
Zoning Officer, Gerald Lee, and placed on file.
A cost comparison of two methods of squad car purchases were re-
viewed. One covered an exchange program of every 90 days and the
other an exchange program of every 12 months. Alderman Narlock
moved to recommend approval by the Finance Committee of the 90 day
exchange. Seconded by Alderman Lentini. Motion carried.
A review was made of the 1968 police department budget including
the changes which resulted from accepting the 90 day exchange
p rog ram .
Alderman Linck moved to adjourn. Alderman Lentini seconded the
motion. Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
