MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 15, 1967
The meeting was called to order at 8:16 P.M.
• Present were Chairman Linck and Aldermen Wollman, Cooley and Burger-
meister.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Linck presented a lease from the City Attorney regarding the proposed
Police Shooting Range at the Wauer gravel pit. Linck moved that the
paragraph on page 2 regarding erection of a fence be deleted and that
the rest of the contract be recommended to the Finance Committee for
acceptance. Seconded by Wollman, motion carried. Special emphasis
was placed on this range being kept a single, Police pistol range.
Linck moved that the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee draw up an
• ordinance that will conform with Chapter WCD-5 of the Wisconsin
Conservation Administrative Code dated March, 1966 (Ref. WCD 5.09
Uniform Aids to Navigation, Paragraph (3), seconded by Cooley, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
