MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON APRIL 18, 1967 - 4:30 P.M.
• Present were Chairman Linck, Alderman Lentini, Alderman Weaver and
Mayor Gottfried.
Two residents of Little Muskego Lake, Mr. Max Hermann and son attended
the meeting and inquired about placing buoys in front of their private
Isproperty or pier. A State Statute covers this problem and it was
explained to all present.

Gerald Lee, Building Inspector, joined the meeting at 5:10 and discussed
drainage problems such as hoses from sump pumps draining on neighboring
lots. Gerald Lee left the meeting at 5:45 P.M.
Chairman Linck moved that a resolution be created granting permission
to hold sail boat races and the use of temporary buoys to the Muskego
Yacht Club. Seconded by Alderman Lentini, motion carried.
A discussion was held regarding the Rescue Squad transporting patients
to various hospitals. A legal opinion will be sought from Attorney
Hippenmeyer.
Gerald Lee returned to the meeting at 6:15 P.M..
• A letter from the Police and Fire Commission requesting funds for the
applicant examination expenses was directed to the Chairman and the
Committee. It was determined that certain fees and expenses should
be covered by check not to exceed $200.00 and to be reflected in the
Fire and Police Budget when necessary vouchers for mileage, meals, etc.
are presented.
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Uniform Building Code was presented by Gerald
Lee and he encouraged the Committee to favor its adoption. Alderman
Weaver moved that it be referred to the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
for further study. Seconded by Alderman Lentini, motion carried.
A note from City Clerk Bowyer was received stating that the Fire and
Police Commission has appointed Mr. Brown and Mr. Heiden to be water
patrolmen for Little Muskego Lake and Mr. Anthony Carlo has been appointed
to patrol Lake DeNoon. There has been no appointment for Big Muskego
Lake as the former patrolmen are not interested. An advertisement has
been placed in the Hub.
The Code, Adopting and Enforcement Committee's recommended changes
to the Boating Ordinance were read and discussed. Alderman Lentini moved
that they be referred to the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee for
• study. Seconded by Chairman Linck, motion carried.
Water Patrol Log sheets will be prepared by the City Clerk as suggested.
Zoning violation communications from Gerald Lee were read and placed
on file.
Alderman Lentini moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Chairman
Linck, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
