PSM19661220PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 20, 1966 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Roland Linck at 4:30 P.M. Present were Chairman Roland Linck, Ald. S. Robert Lentini and Mayor Gottfried. Alderman Weaver was absent. Letter from Mayor Gottfried directed to Mr. Adam Ignasiak regarding his mule and pony which had been running loose was discussed. Report from the constable and patrolman was received and reviewed. Ald. Linck moved for recommendation of payment, seconded by Ald. Lentini, motion carried. Rescue Reports from the Tess Corners Vol. Fire Department from October 14, 1966, through December 12, 1966, were received and reviewed. Ald. Linck moved that payment on patient transported from hospital to home on December 4, 1966, was not an emergency call as defined in our contractibe withheld -and -all other payments be made. Seconded by Ald. Lentini; motion carried. • Monies for recruiting purposes for the police department were dis- cussed. It was recommended that the Council appropriate the sume of $2,000.00 for recruiting police Department personnel. 11 Ald. Lentini moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ald. Linck.
