MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD SPETEMBER 23, 1965
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hudziak at 6:50 P.M.
Present were Chairman Hudziak, Ald. Wieselmann, Ald. Bostater,
and Mayor Gottfried.
• Ordinance #20 pertaining to the Police and Fire Commission was
discussed. Chairman Hudziak questioned the reason for referring
the Ordinance to the Safety Committee since he was absent from
the last Common Council meeting. Alderman Wieselmann presented
the reasons for referring the Ordinance to the Committee.
The thought was expressed that due to need to review budgets of
various departments including the extent to which monies would
be set aside for development of police protection as desired,
that further study be made at the next meeting. Alderman
Wieselmann moved to refer to later meeting. Seconded by Ald.
Bostater. Carried 2 to 1.
Communications to the Muskego Beach Ballroom from the Industrial
Safety & Building Division of the Industrial Commission of the
State of Wisconsin and from the Building Inspector of Muskego
were received and placed on file.
• Communication from Mr. Robert Burghardt from his insurance
company regarding insurance rates on his car was received and
to be placed on file.
A suggested proposed ambulance service contract from Hudson
Funeral Home was discussed. It was suggested that Mr. Hudson
be asked to meet with the Committee on October 14th at 8:30 P.M.
Budget was received for the office of Building Inspector.
Budget was received for the School Crossing Guards.
Budget was received from the Muskego Vol. Fire Dept.
Budget was received from the Tess Corners Vol. Fire Dept.
Budget was received for the Police Department - Constable.
Several items were noted to be questioned on the various proposed
budgets from the various departments.
Motion made by Ald. Wieselmann, seconded by Chairman Hudziak to
adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 9:13 P.M.
